Mr. Ed, a Sweet Surprise Visitor

What a beauty...

Mar & Mr. Ed..."How ya do?"
Delle & Mr. Ed....Are you cold bud?
Hi, I'm here. : )
Can I come in?  Pretty please?
Don't you see me?
Handsome Mr. Ed, I sat with him and we read a book together.

What a cutie...

Delle on Mr. Ed bareback! When there's a will there's a way!

Make yourself at home!

A sweet friend, we sure wish you could have stayed longer Mr. Ed.

Mr. Ed as we affectionately call him showed up before Christmas...He stayed at our house for several days and bless his heart he even found his way back after Mr. Lundy's sons came to get him after a few days.  He was so personable like a big dog!  Adorable.

The photos above are with Delle & Mar-Mar.  Mr. Ed would peer through my kitchen window....He enjoyed making mischief with Mar's flower pots too.  Poor Mar!  He was so gentle, and really very sweet.  I hope he's happy. I guess he just wanted to be with some girls for a change! : )

Miss you Mr. Ed, come back and see us won't you?

I hope everyone is having a nice week so far.  It's raining here, I just bathed Guisseppe our older doglet.  Li Li and Becs are home today....Valentines cards are going to be made by them. I think I'll hang loose and watch their creativity. : )  That's not normally like me but today, I'm going to rest a bit.

Please know that any thoughts in the last entry on the problems of  various courtships is not meant to pinpoint any one young man. Sometimes I'll vaguely combine several scenarios in one paragraph to make a point. It's been an interesting week, God is the Revealer.

I hope you enjoyed meeting Mr. Ed, one of God's fur angels to our family.

A hug.   ~Amelia

Amelia,
I am so ashamed. I have missed you and the girls and all your wonderful farm and woods' friends. The Mr. Ed story is wild and sweet. You and your family are so blessed to have these special experiences. I hope you are well and that this year will be special and blessed by the Lord. I need to catch up. So... I will, given time, which I will have a bit more of now that I've published JOAB. It is in the last stages before going from publisher to printer! So happy about that. I will slip over here in your Forest Cathedral and check on you. God bless you and your family. Serving Him... JaneBG

Hello Jane, oh how great to hear from you! You are a busy-bee! I look forward to reading about your new book, JOAB. I so enjoyed your book, 'House not Built With Hands'...I could relate to so much of it and still think of the funny scenarios. (Mrs. Pooper) *big smile*. Oh the glorious South!

Please come over anytime at all, I'll have the coffee on.

I hope you're taking care of yourself Jane, you seem to have more energy than anyone! : ) I don't know if I could keep up with you dear friend.

Love, ~Amelia

Sweet pictures. I have been so busy and taking a break trying to get lots of things finished around here. I didn't see this in my blog feed but when I came in here, it took me right to this post.

I can't believe she got on him! Such great fun.
